James Quilty was brought on to an existing project upgrading our client’s exchange and mail environment. The project was in a severe slip mode, documentation was intermittent, hour burn was rampant and cost overruns were numerous creating a confrontational environment with the end client. James immediately and without fear probed and questioned all parties to document the current status, and set up reporting and documentation procedures that detailed what was expected on a weekly basis. His work over the next several months help all parties understand the complexity of the project and exposed several weak points that needed to be addressed. I would strongly recommend James’ project management skills both in documentation and communication, trusting him with end client interaction.
