It is without hesitation and with extreme delight I write this letter of recommendation for Mr. James Quilty. James is a true professional who demonstrates confidence, management skills and leadership qualities expected from a Senior Project Manager. This recommendation is based upon my experience working closely with him on a high-intensity short-duration project. Project characteristics included KLX Active Directory, O365, and EMS migration initiatives from June 2015 to December 2015.
James served the client well and was recognized by the team for being consistently approachable, energetic, efficient, responsible and dependable. James is, honest, considerate, and thoughtful. His attention to detail and ability to identify creative solutions drove the project to an efficacious completion.
James was an extremely valuable resource for the project, proving effective Project Management with team leadership in a complex environment. He successfully navigated efforts with in-house and contract team members while balancing the integration between disperse entities including KLX, BE, ESG and ITL. James managed many disciplines throughout the project including engineering requirements, action items, recommended migration waves, multi-layer project plan, SharePoint coordination site, engineering changes to systems and networks/firewalls, and project progress and/or delays. The team counted on James to provide up-to-date project status reports when requested. He also owned the schedule and was responsible to coordinate the many ad-hoc meetings that seemed to pop up daily.
It is a pleasure to work with this professional project manager. James earned my respect and that of the complete team through his skills, personality and desire for success. The project was completed on-time, on-schedule and on-budget.
