I am compelled to write this formal Letter of Recommendation based on the outstanding performance of Poseidon and specifically Mr. James Quilty. They worked with and for AEONRG LLC, prime contractor, for the extensive design, and now, completion of Phase I Deployment Control Center Expansion at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey. The Base is positioned to be the deployment center, in the event of a national emergency, of an area that encompasses nearly one fifth of the population of the United States.
Specifically, Mr. Quilty led the develop of the expanded operational capacity of the Joint Operations Center carefully gaining an understanding of the customer’s needs. Then, he crafted a design that optimized communication and coordination between the Operations Center various functions. The customer was thrilled!
With the design approved and a formal contract from the federal government customer, Mr. Quilty oversaw the IT implementation portion of the Phase 1 expansion in an extremely professional and efficient manner. He completed his portion of expansion project weeks before his assignment. And, with his in-depth understanding of the customer’s requirements, he went far beyond his original contract scope to ensure that non-secure and secure wiring between the domain and servers was quickly installed and tested. The customer’s tests and inspections performed found no, zero punch list items.
